Mr. Gradin has participated in or led standards development relating to Quality Management Systems as part of various activities for the American National Standards Institute, American Society for Quality, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers as well as interface with international standards (e.g. ISO and IEC).

Mr. Gradin has been selected to be the lead auditor/assessor for more than two hundred independent third party audits and assessments nationally and internationally.
